Hi, I’m Juleisy Polanco Garcia. I’m so excited to connect with you! My journey into coaching and consulting was a natural calling, deeply rooted in my passion for people and their stories. I’ve always been curious about how individuals can unlock their full potential, and I’ve spent years helping others identify, create, and share what inspires them.
I believe that each person has a unique gift to offer the world, and that gift deserves to be nurtured in a safe, supportive environment. That’s why I created this practice—to provide the space and support needed to help people grow and share their talents.
Originally from the South Bronx, my New York City roots have instilled in me a deep appreciation for community, connection, and the transformative power of personal growth. Over the years, I’ve seen how having a safe space to explore, reflect, and grow can lead to profound change, both for individuals and the communities they’re a part of. My mission is to help you harness your unique strengths and experiences to create meaningful, lasting change in your life.

My educational background in Sociology and Spanish, combined with my MBA, gave me a solid foundation in leadership, strategy, and sustainable growth—skills I use every day to help both individuals and organizations thrive. My professional experience in operations and leadership has also equipped me with expertise in strategic planning, process improvement, and project management.
Through my coaching and consulting work, I specialize in helping individuals synthesize the resources in their lives to manifest their desired outcomes. I’m passionate about guiding clients to tap into their creativity, raise their awareness, and unlock new possibilities.
My coaching style is centered around two words: presence and questions. I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their potential and discover new pathways for transformation. This approach empowers my clients to find clarity, break through barriers, and embrace their autonomy. What is a Creative Synthesist?
As a Creative Synthesist, I draw from my upbringing in the South Bronx as the eldest in an immigrant family. This experience taught me to be resourceful and find creative solutions from a young age. I learned to make things happen even when the path forward wasn’t clear, relying on my inner drive to leverage the resources around me and create opportunities.

With a solution-oriented mindset, I have confidently accomplished many of my goals. I believe it’s a skill to focus on what you have and creatively envision the possibilities that lie ahead. My mission is to help others discover and hone this ability within themselves. You possess an abundance of resources within your circumstances—let’s work together to synthesize them and turn your aspirations into reality!
What is PlanningGems?
I founded PlanningGems in 2020 during the pandemic, originally intending to offer organizational tools to support personal journeys. My first product was a calendar on Amazon, but I quickly realized my true passion lies not in selling products, but in the process of individual and business development.

In 2023, my exposure to the coaching world and my MBA program solidified my desire to support others in their growth journeys. PlanningGems has since transformed into a service-based platform dedicated to empowering individuals as they navigate their personal and professional paths.
